Abstract

HarvestChoice provides a suite of Data Services allowing programmatic access to HarvestChoice indicators for sub-Saharan Africa. Requests are sent over the web through HTTP requests allowing connections from a broad range of clients, including browsers and mobile devices. The services provide methods to describe, query, aggregate, graph, plot, and download over 750 layers of spatially-explicit data for sub-Saharan Africa at a spatial resolution of 5 arc-minute (10 km at the Equateur).

All access methods and parameters are documented at http://harvestchoice.github.io/hc-api3.
