This tool visualizes and provides access to the ISRIC WISE soil profile database; data has been re-formatted to generate DSSAT soil files. Access to 1,472 profile locations is at two levels: clusters indicating the number of soil profiles within a limited geographic area, and once a cluster is selected, the individual profile locations and ID codes. Selecting a specific soil profile ID/location provides access to the soil profile description and soil property data according to individual profile layers already reformatted for download and compatible for input into the DSSAT crop model.
