Risk: we all know what that means, right? But why is it such a critical part of our HarvestChoice portfolio, what does it mean when you look through the lens of farming in Sub-Saharan Africa?

Terrance Hurley, an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota, is HarvestChoice's "risk guy." In this short video, he gives an introduction to why studying risk can help improve farming, and how agricultural risk in SSA is quite different from what we experience in the U.S.
